Knockers
203-7
Marden Russets
74-10
Sevenoaks Chronicle, August 4th 1967
Marden Russets proved weak opposition for Knockers on Sunday as they collapsed to an all-out total of 74, replying to an entertaining Knockers performance of 207 for 7 dec.
I. Miller (59), Corbett (50) and Cutting (47) had little difficulty dispatching the Marden attack as the runs piled up on a good wicket.
In contrast, the Marden batsmen rarely looked happy with Knockers trying six bowlers, all of them being successful. Corbett finished with the best figures - 3 for 22.
