AGM Menu Choices
The AGM will be held on Friday 13th January 2012 at the Bricklayers Arms, Chipstead. Meet at 7.30pm for main AGM. A committee meeting may precede this to be confirmed.

Traditional French Onion Soup Gratin with warm baguette
Poached Salmon Tian with smoked salmon, rocket leaves and mustard dressing
Pork and Apricot Terrine with toasted bread and caramelised red onion chutney
MAINS
Pan Fried Duck Breast served pink with a port jus served with dauphinoise potatoes and fresh vegetables
Roasted Cod Loin wrapped in pancetta with a rich tomato and black olive sauce served with a potato cake and fresh vegetables
Slow cooked Lamb shank with a red wine and rosemary jus served with creamy mash potatoes and fresh vegetables
DESSERTS
Baked Vanilla Cheesecake with berry compot and ice cream
Longmans Mature Cheddar & Creamy Stilton with celery, grapes and real ale chutney
Dark Chocolate Brownie with kirsch cherries and clotted cream
Coffee with truffles
