Lynden Spencer-Allen
Secretary, Webmaster

Having started playing for the club in 1996, Lynden's involvement with the club has grown steadily with time. Since this time Lynden has left school, graduated from Cambridge University where he played cricket for the UCCE, blues and gained colours as well as captaining the 2nd XI. For the club he has taken up new roles on the committee starting as team secretary then becoming vice captain and secretary, the posts which he holds to this day. In 1999 he started work on the Knockers website and through increasing technology has produced what you are viewing today.
On the cricket field Lynden plays hard and always believes anything can be achieved. He is mostly a fast bowler by trade but in the olden days was an equally competent batsman. With a bit of effort these days should return. His optimism on the field reached lofty heights when in the final of the AKCC six aside proclaimed we could still win when requiring 27 off the last over - He hit the winning runs with a ball to spare!
